Early bird rates and abstract deadlines have been extended until 13th of May so you can benefit from the discounted rates and have the chance to participate in the upcoming ESPA 2022. Do not miss your chance!

Reduced fee (30 € discount) for members of RSEQ.
Registration fees include conference attendance with coffee breaks and lunches, all conference materials, the closing dinner, and visits.
*If you do not want to attend the conference dinner (23rd June 2022) a 30€ reduction to registration fee will be applied. If you do not want to attend the Illas Cíes excursion (22nd June 2022) a 20€ reduction to registration fee will be applied.
Cancellation policy
Upon postponement or cancellation of the event of the Event, the conference will only refund registered attendees for registration fees paid as of the time of cancelation (all the bank expenses generated by the reimbursement must be borne by the participant). No other refunds will be provided. If the Event is postponed, The conference will provide you with substitute passes for the new event unless a refund is requested in written form to the email mice@abramar.com.
For the avoidance of doubt, the conference is not liable to you or any third party for any other costs or damages, direct or indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or general resulting from postponement, cancellation, or termination (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodations).
